Hello potential clients - I'm Candy Hostetter, born and raised in Coshocton County. I am blessed with two adult daughters, Jessie and Shelbie, a son-in-law - Noah, a precious grandson - Callum and my husband - Derek. I enjoy time with my family and making memories. I also developed a passion for real estate awhile back. I love helping my clients find the perfect home, whether it is their starter home or forever home. I love helping clients sell their homes, understanding when there is an emotional attachment to it. Last year in 2022, I had $5.9M in sales. I am also a member of the Ohio Realtors President's Sales Club. Looking forward to another year of helping people with their real estate needs.
